Choose your chain
- Product price included standard chain as Type A.
- Length of necklace chain will be 40 cm + 5 cm extension adjustable chain. ( Not included pendant size )
- Length of bracelet chain will be 13 cm + 5 cm extension adjustable chain. ( Not included pendant size )
- If you need longer or shorter kindly remark the length you want in the remark column.
- Chain will be follow to your pendant color.

Infinity Design
- Name will be on the middle at the infinity logo.
Full diamond on letters
- You may choose the full diamond on any letter you would like to put by remark to us. ( Default will be on first letter )
- We do full letters full diamond too. May contact us to quote the price before order.
Double Layer with diamond or icon
- You may choose the first layer as a pcs of diamond or any icon you like.
- After choose the icon please fill up the number of icon at the remark for us.
- We will draft the design for you before make it.

Pendant Size
- We will find the suitable size for your design pendant if didn't remark for any specific size.
- May remark when order if you need a specific size. ( Normally width will be 2cm-5cm. ) If letters is many we will suggest to take larger size.
- Our size is measure base on the width of the pendant design. ( Including the icon and design from left to right. ) Height will be follow to the scale.

Production time :
After confirm order will take around 15 working days to done and prepare to send. ( Not included weekend & public holiday. )
Free Delivery :
We provide nationwide free delivery by pos laju. ( Within Malaysia )
Duration : Normally will take 2-3 working days to reach to you after the order is dispatched.
# If missed out the delivery you may arrange re-delivery on the time you wish by calling pos laju.
# For sending overseas you may contact us before place the order. We will send by DHL express to worldwide.

Warranty Information
- In the unlikely event if you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days
by e-mail to lazenda2u@hotmail.com with a attach photo and you will receive a solution to solve the problem.
- For customize product we are not able to grant a refund, but we will amend or redo for you to meet your requirement.
- All the customize product are provided with 1 year warranty on the pendant color, 2 months on the accessories and 3 months on the chain.

Step 1 : Choose font
Fill up your name and choose a font, then click apply.
You will see your font preview inside the middle frame.
Step 2 : Choose your design
Choose the Icon / Design you like at the left tab, then click apply.
The image will come out in the middle frame. You are able to do rotation, resize and move it to the place you like.
You may click the " Delete " below the middle frame to delete the selected icon/design.
Or you may click " Clear All " to reset all the design in the frame and design again.
Step 3 : Confirm order
After the design is done, just have to choose the product details at the right hand side.
Price will be show for different selection.
After selected all the details you like, just click add to cart and process check out.
Special Finishing - Double Layer
Firstly, choose the "Double Layer" at left tab, choose the " V " line and click apply.
The line will come out at the middle frame.
Secondly, click the tab " Icon " and choose the prefer icon and click apply. Move the logo to the middle.
You may also choose to add a piece of diamond at the first layer. ( Only for white color )
Special Finishing - Dangle
Firstly, choose the " Dangle " at left tab, choose the line and click apply.
The line will come out at the middle frame. You may move it to the place you like to put the dangle.
Secondly, click the tab " Icon " and choose the prefer icon and click apply. Move the logo to the bottom of the line.
You may also choose to add a piece of diamond at the dangle. ( Only for white color )
