- In the unlikely event if you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days
by e-mail to lazenda2u@hotmail.com with a attach photo and you will receive a solution to solve the problem.
- For customize product we are not able to grant a refund, but we will amend or redo for you to meet your requirement.
- All the customize product are provided with 1 year warranty on the pendant color, 2 months on the accessories and 3 months on the chain.
